He is currently the Managing Partner of the Institue of Trading and Portfolio Managements which conducts both online trading courses and exclusive private mentoring programmes. I got a better overview here, i also want to say something that a trader should be well discipline and managed to get success in the market, it is a secret to get success in financial market. A disciplined trader can control himself at the time of market fluctuations and he can take a better decision when situations goes negative.
